The Abbey Theatre is a well-equipped community theatre in St.Albans, Hertfordshire. They have a licenced bar where theatre goers can enjoy a relaxing drink before and after seeing a production in one of their two fantastic venue spaces.
Nestled at the foot of Holywell Hill, overlooked by the Abbey itself, the Abbey Theatre now boasts a fantastic main auditorium, recently refurbished , and a 70-80 seat Studio Theatre which allows a flexible programme.

Annabel is in her eighties and in the early stages of dementia. She not only hears voices but argues with them. Confused and alone, she has been found by police wandering in a churchyard in the early hours of the morning. What events in Annabel’s past are coming back to haunt her? Can she resolve her differences with her daughter before her mind fails her completely? A poignant look at one of the tragedies of the ageing process.
